This biologically grown coffee is mainly cultivated by smallholders in the mountains of Kyondo by the Virunga National Park and Lake Eduard. As opposed to many other ‘Robusta’, the one from Congo lacks the typical ’burned’ taste, which is why its overall impression is much more harmonious. It offers a creamy body with a clear, fruity acidity, which is underlined by delicates notes of lemon and hints of chocolate and nuts in the aftertaste. Karibu nyumbani kwetu !
