Wasabi toasted Sesame

Wasabi roasted white sesame seeds are part of the furikake in Japan, a traditional condiment very popular on white rice and in traditional Japanese cuisine. Use them to enhance a plate of white rice, raw or cooked fish, to make small puff pastry appetizers and tartars with spice.
