Mack Khen berries

This berry is harvested in the mountains in the north of Laos. Extremely rich in essential oil, this spice is widely used in Lao cuisine. Tasting notes: its aromatic elegance allows it to go well with white as well as red meats, even with fish, on salads, with fruit or chocolate.
