Rooibos (Afrikaans red bush; n.l.: aspalatus linearis) is a thin-stemmed shrub native exclusively to the Cederberg region of western South Africa. Pleasant drink rich in polyphenols, low in tannin and free of caffeine. Beautiful red-brown liqueur with a light taste of hazelnut and pieces of rhubarb and coconut. An irresistibly greedy mixture!
