JAPAN KABUSECHA SAEMIDORI – TEA

Kabusecha are known as shaded tea from Mie Prefecture. Tea bushes are covered a few days before harvest. This process will develop the umami flavor while limiting the astringency. The liquour here has a very rich aromatic profile with a mellow texture and is long lasting in the mouth (thanks to the umami flavor) A spring green tea with a powerful umami flavor of complex vegetal, floral and buttery notes expressed on a velvety texture.
