Native of the Cang Yuan region, in the South-West of the Yunnan province, this dark tea with compact leaves gives a dark, intense liquor punctuating high notes. The infusion is well-rounded, revealing woody, earthy nuances and a hint of marine aroma. With a medium fermentation degree which will allow this tea to develop its aroma through time to give a more complex structure. A tea that ages well. A true gastronomic experience!
