Article 1: Object

These terms and conditions govern all sales made on universduthe.be by Univers du Thé SRL (BCE: 0871.342.014).

Article 2: Products

The shop offers teas, infusions, coffees, spices, and accessories. Photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the delivered product.

Article 3: Price and Payment

Prices are in Euros (VAT included). Payment is due immediately via Stripe or PayPal. Orders are shipped only after payment validation.

Article 4: Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Bpost. Univers du Thé declines all responsibility for excessive delays caused by postal services.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions (Hygiene)

In accordance with Art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law:

• The customer has 14 days to change their mind regarding accessories (teapots, tins) provided they are in new condition.
• EXCEPTION: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to food products (tea, coffee, infusions, spices) if the packaging or seal has been opened or damaged after delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 6: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction..
