Rooibos Earl Grey – TEA

Rooibos (a red bush in Afrikaans; l.n.: aspalatus linearis) a shrub with thin stems found exclusively in the region of Cederberg in the west of South Africa. A pleasant drink, rich in polyphenols, with a low tannin level and caffeine-free. A beautiful reddish-brown coloured drink with a slight taste of hazelnut scented with delicate bergamot. Spangled with corn flowers. A delight on the palate!
