What to know when making cocktails with tea?
Making cocktails with tea is pretty straightforward, follow the recipe as you would any other drink instruction. The one thing to keep in mind is the cool-down time. Since most tea you will need to brew hot and account for the time it takes for it to cool down, we would recommend getting that done a few hours before you need the drinks to be ready. Brew your tea and have enough of it already cooled by the time you start serving drinks.
Another to take into consideration is using a french press to make more tea than you would normally and getting quality tea so the flavor notes are distinct and stand out in the cocktail.
